01What Chartify is

Chartify is a web-based charting and analysis platform. It provides price charts across crypto, forex, stocks, indices and commodities, technical indicators, drawing tools, watchlists, price alerts, bar-by-bar replay, paper trading and a trading journal, together with AI features that read the price data behind your chart and annotate it.

Chartify is not a broker, exchange, dealer, custodian, money transmitter, portfolio manager or investment adviser. We do not hold your funds, we do not have access to your brokerage or exchange accounts, and we do not execute, route, size or manage orders. Any trade you take is placed by you, with your own broker or exchange, entirely at your own discretion and risk.

02No financial advice

Nothing produced by Chartify is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any instrument. This applies to every output of the service without exception — AI answers, drawn levels and zones, scanner results, indicator values, journal statistics and anything shown on our marketing pages.

We do not know your financial circumstances, objectives, experience or risk tolerance, and the service does not take them into account. We are not a licensed or registered adviser in any jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for evaluating any information the service provides and for every decision you make.

Trading and investing carry substantial risk, including the risk of losing more than you deposit where leverage is involved. Past performance of a market, a strategy, a setup or any Chartify feature does not indicate future results. Any prices, levels, setups or screenshots shown in our marketing materials are illustrative and do not represent real market conditions or a real trading record. Only risk capital you can afford to lose.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must not use Chartify if you are subject to sanctions, are located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if your use would breach any law that applies to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you are.

04Your account

You need an account to use Chartify. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accounts are for a single person. You may not share, sell, rent or transfer your account or your credentials, and you may not allow multiple people to use one subscription.

05Subscription and billing

Chartify is sold as a recurring subscription. Payment is processed by Whop, our third-party payments provider. We do not receive or store your card details — those are handled by Whop and its payment processors under their own terms and privacy policy.

Your subscription renews automatically each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method. Prices are stated on our pricing page and exclude any taxes, which may be added where required.

We may change our prices. If we do, the new price applies from your next billing period, and we will give you reasonable notice beforehand so you can cancel if you do not wish to continue. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.

06Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused AI credits, and periods during which you did not use the service. We charge monthly precisely so that the commitment is small and you can leave at any time rather than requesting refunds.

Where you have a non-waivable statutory right to a refund or withdrawal under the consumer law that applies to you, that right is unaffected by this section. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

07AI credits and fair use

AI features are metered in credits. A credit is a unit of AI usage rather than a message — a short question consumes less than a full deep analysis. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance stated on the pricing page, and your remaining balance is shown in the AI panel.

Unused credits do not roll over unless we state otherwise. If you exhaust your allowance, AI features pause until your allowance resets; the rest of the platform — charts, indicators, drawing tools, paper trading, alerts, replay and the journal — continues to work.

AI features are for your own personal analysis. You may not use automated means to consume credits, resell or redistribute AI output as a service, or use the service to build or train a competing product.

08How the AI works and its limits

The AI features read the price data behind your chart and may annotate that chart — drawing levels, zones and labels, changing the symbol or timeframe, and adding indicators. They are deliberately built without any ability to place an order, size a position, move a stop or move money. There is no such capability in the product to enable or misuse.

AI output is generated automatically and may be wrong. It may misidentify structure, misjudge context, or produce analysis that is incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. It is not reviewed by a human before you see it. Treat every output as one input among many and verify anything you intend to act on. You accept that you use AI output at your own risk.

09Market data and third-party components

Market data is supplied by Tiingo and AllTicks and is provided for analysis purposes only. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or delivered without delay, and it may differ from the prices shown by your broker or exchange. Data may be delayed, gapped, adjusted or corrected. Never rely on our data as the record of a market price — the data held by your broker or exchange governs your actual trades.

Market data remains the property of its providers. You may use it inside Chartify for your own analysis. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or systematically extract it. Your use of that data is also subject to the terms of the provider it came from.

Chartify's charts are built with Lightweight Charts™, an open-source charting library by TradingView, Inc., used under the Apache License 2.0. Copyright © 2025 TradingView, Inc. Chartify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of TradingView.

10Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense or provide access to your account to anyone else;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data, content or AI output from the service;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code or underlying models, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
• circumvent credit limits, rate limits, paywalls or any technical restriction;
• use the service to build, train or benchmark a competing product;
• interfere with the operation, security or availability of the service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
• use the service for anything unlawful, including market manipulation, or in breach of any regulation that applies to you;
• present Chartify output to others as personalised advice, a signal service, or a regulated financial service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.

11Intellectual property

Chartify, including the software, interface, design, branding, logo, documentation and all underlying technology, belongs to us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.

12Your content

Your drawings, layouts, presets, watchlists, alerts, journal entries and notes remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content strictly to operate and provide the service to you.

AI output produced from your prompts is yours to use for your own purposes, subject to these terms. Note that AI output is generated and may not be unique — similar prompts on similar data may produce similar output for other users.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you would not want to lose. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep data after an account closes.

13Availability and changes

We aim to keep Chartify available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, third-party outages (including data providers, AI providers, hosting and payment services), or events outside our control.

We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces the core functionality of a paid plan, you may cancel — and since billing is monthly, you will not be charged again after you do.

14Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chartify is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service, its data, its analysis or its AI output will be accurate, complete, timely, reliable, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result — financial or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, in which case the exclusions above apply only so far as the law allows.

15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses of any kind arising from or connected to your use of Chartify. This includes losses arising from reliance on AI output, drawn levels, scanner results, indicator values, alerts, journal statistics, or from inaccurate, delayed or unavailable market data.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data or business interruption, whether in contract, tort, negligence or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service in that period.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

16Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, your breach of any law or regulation, or any claim that you presented our output to a third party as advice or as a regulated financial service.

17Termination

You may stop using Chartify and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where we discontinue the service without cause, we will give reasonable notice.

On termination, your licence ends and your access stops. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — survive termination.

18Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top, and for material changes we will give notice through the service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Chartify after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, cancel your subscription.

19Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and without regard to conflict of law rules. Where you are a business, the courts at our registered seat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there where that law gives you it.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable provision is applied as closely as possible to its original intent.
